Kia ora koutou Mount Biggs whānau,

We are so excited to welcome you all back to school and can’t wait to see our amazing tamariki filling the classrooms and playground again.

A very special Mount Biggs welcome to all of our new children and families joining us this year. We are so pleased you are now part of our school whānau and look forward to getting to know you.
There has been a significant amount of work happening around the school over the past few weeks, and most of it is now complete. The new fencing has been finished and looks absolutely amazing. Thank you for being so patient while this work was being done.

Tomorrow morning, we will be holding a mihi whakatau to officially welcome our new families to Mount Biggs School. We look forward to sharing this special time together.

Our staff have been back at school preparing for the start of the term, and there is a real buzz of excitement as we get ready for a great year ahead.

You can also download our 'Skool Loop' app found in the app store on your phone. It is free and a great place to keep informed about what's coming up and to report absences.

Kia ora koutou e te whānau,

We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas, New Year, and have had some time with your whānau. The fencing contractors will be completing the final few bits next week. This includes the pool fence. As a result, the pool will be closed from Monday until this work is complete.
